How We Hire

Apply:

After you have found your desired position, apply online by clicking “Apply Now”. Our digital recruitment portal will walk you through the application, upload your CV and qualification(s) and notify the hiring manager when your application arrives.

Review:

Our hiring manager will review your application. You might receive an email from us to provide further information about your application and a link to upload any additional forms. Once your application has been reviewed, your skills and talent matched to the opportunity you have applied for, we will let you know if it is time for us to meet you.

Interview:

“Interview Me”
You will receive a notification from our portal to attend a face- to-face (or digital) interview at one of our offices.

Pre-employment Checks:

While we are getting to know you, you will receive prompts to complete ACC check and Pre-employment drug test.

Contract + Policies:

“Where do I sign?”
Our system will generate an Employment Pack for you to review and complete; it will include Offer Letter, Individual Employment Agreement and link to Policies Acknowledgement. This process is fully digital and can be done from your phone by following the platform prompts.

Welcome + Onboarding:

Before your first day you will receive a notification from us that you have met the criteria to start your employment with Singer Electric. On your first day, you will complete an in-depth Health, Safety and Wellbeing induction and meet the team.
